Such sharing of candidate details allows us to find suitable job and career opportunities for the candidates. During such activities, we also share candidate data outside Germany in EU and outside EU internationally when collaborating with global partners. Such countries where we might share candidate data include but are not limited to countries in Middle East, Asia, Africa, and North America (including Canada & the US).
We also provide career consulting services to candidates looking for new jobs and career opportunities. During our consulting services to individuals, we do in-depth needs assessment and analysis of our candidates. In the process, we ask for personal data as well as other information relevant to their current career situation and future job prospects.
The candidates understand that we keep their personal and professional information with us and when required share it with third parties like our partners e.g., agencies, candidate search firms, contractors, and consultants or with employers in Germany or/and internationally. Such sharing of candidate details allows us to find better job and career opportunities for the candidates.

Organizations and companies also reach out to us to inquire about our recruitment services. They have a possibility to contact us by telephone, email address or by submitting their details using the submit vacancy/job and similar features on our website.
The companies and organizations understand that we may use, save, and forward their data to fulfil our contractual obligations with them e.g., to agencies, candidate search firms, contractors, consultants, and other similar parties.

The candidates, companies, organizations, clients, and other stakeholders have a right to notify us of their wish to remove their data from our sources and data base.
The data of candidates, companies, organizations, clients, and other stakeholders may be stored in servers in Germany, France and third countries.
As candidate, company, organization, client, and other stakeholders; if you do not consent to our privacy policy stated above, kindly do not upload your CV, cover letter, photo ID, company/organizational data or other similar documents which provide information about your personal, organizational, or third-party identification.

Please be informed that we use third party webhosting, email and storage services from Germany and outside Germany, which could be based in the EU or outside EU. To the best of our knowledge, the services that we utilize in this capacity ensure their users of complying with the data security of the users.
